Grain-Free Hot Breakfast Cereal

Makes 1 serving


Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup fresh-ground flaxseed

  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts

  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened

  • Pinch salt

  • 1-2 Tbsp butter (can sub with vegan butter or olive oil)

  • Fruit for topping (berries, bananas, etc.)

Mix all ingredients (except for butter) together in a bowl. Set a pan on the stove to medium-low heat and melt the butter. Transfer mixture to pan and cook until heated through. Top with fruit. Delicious!
